We're Here!

What we're good at, and what we're working on:

If you haven't noticed already The Old Soul Flower Company is a one-woman show; artist first, florist second, and definitely last and least (to me) is the technology portion. Technology, uploads, email campaigns, social media, networking... oh my..

I get into these grooves of posting, planning, etc. while also shopping the market floor, arranging, delivering and maintaining the ebbs and flows of a flower delivery business. May I mention we're opening the books for 2027 weddings and events? I'll cover that in another blog post

Did you place an order on The Old Soul website? I can guarantee it will reach the recipient, rain or shine, and sometimes snow (Valentine's Day 2021 was quite the adventure). Even when I'm sick, I make sure The Old Soul  fulfills your orders one way or another.

This blog post is basically me announcing a commitment to be better at the portions of business that keep The Old Soul connected to its customer base, because at the end of the day I am nothing without you. And I've missed you! Ugh the times when I've been on top of communication and connecting with clients, friends, and flower lovers has been the best times of my life!

I've been committed to getting locally grown flowers to your front door and let the other responsibilities fall by the way side. Enough! Of course, this doesn't mean I'll be perfect but, I'm genuinely ready to spread my wings, do all the things, and not burnout at the end of it all because guess what..???

I'm about to get fired!

A blessing in disguise, really. I've given so much time and energy to the job that gives me health insurance and a steady wage (still below the poverty line lol but I was always super thankful :/ ) it's time to give The Old Soul Flower Company and her customers my full and undivided attention; it's what I've wanted this whole dang time. Call it escaping the matrix (ok, ok, that's a stretch) or leaping off the cliff and trusting my parachute that I've been sewing for 8 years.

I trust my parachute, sewed with threads of wishful thinking, genuine hope, and a passion for locally grown flowers.

It's all coming together. I can't wait for you to join us on this new path!
